Team Information
The Arizona Cardinals are the oldest American football club in the U.S. They have been known by several names over the years. They started out in 1898 as the Morgan Athletic Club, they then became the Racine Normals and then the Racine Cardinals. They became the Chicago Cardinals after becoming a member of the NFL in 1920. In 1960, after a move to St. Louis, they became the St. Louis Cardinals. They moved to Phoenix in 1988 and became the Phoenix Cardinals and finally in 1994 became the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cardinals have not had a lot of success. They have not won a NFL Championship since 1947. They hold the NFL record for the longest championship drought. They did win the Division titles in 1974 & 1975. Online NFL odds for the Cardinals are available at LinesMaker.
The team logo was updated in 2005, the first major change in one hundred years. The cardinal head was updated to look sleeker and meaner. The team's colors are red black and white.
