What is my CID Number?
Your customer ID number is an ID we use to improve service response. Quote this number when contacting us for the fastest replies. It is the number below your name on the betting ticket when you login.  

What are Instant Cash Bonuses?
Unless otherwise stated all cash deposit bonuses are credited instantly to your account at the time of the transaction. 

What are manual bonuses?
Manual bonus are processed daily, submitted to accounting and will post in the next batch. A batch is run each morning.

Why must I sometimes submit a form to get my Bonus?
Our software cannot tell who is eligible for certain types of bonuses and who is not. We must credit the bonus manually.

How long does it take to process bonus codes?
Bonus Codes are processed within one day. If you have already waited one day, please email bonus@LinesMaker.com

How do cash back on losses work?
We reward our loyal customers with a cash back deposit bonus for your total sportsbook and casino losses. The bonus for sports is calculated at the start of the month and the casino bonus is done on the 16th for the previous month.

The bonus is calculated on all real money losses (depositing players only) in the sportsbook or casino as is applicable. A bonus code is emailed to you and is valid for 30 days.

How Do the Free Bets Work?
We have a risk free bet bonus occasionally during football and basketball. Look for the link "Risk Free Bet" on the main web page once you login. We will post a prop bet for you to wager on. The amount you can wager week will vary. 

Periodic Special Offers
We run promos for extra cash on re-deposits, free bets, contests and other comps. If the offer has a Bonus Code, you can login and click 'Collect Bonuses' to redeem it.

Is there a minimum deposit for the Initial Cash Bonus?
There is no minimum deposit although our credit card processor has a minimum deposit of $20. You can use other deposit methods if you prefer.

What is Risk Free Tuesdays?
The second and fourth Tuesday each month, we offer risk free casino play. Simply play 20 rounds of your favorite casino games until midnight (EST) and if you win, enjoy your profits! If you don’t do so well, we will bonus back all losses up to $25!

What is Paid to Play?
This new football promotion may be our best ever. Every week we will choose different bet types to earn your pay! It doesn’t matter if the bet wins or goes south because at LinesMaker, you are paid to play!

For example, we could offer $20 to make a $20 three team parlay on a Saturday college football games. Make the bet and regardless of whether you win or lose, a $20 bonus will be deposited into your account. Bonuses will range from $10 to $25. One bonus per member.

Is there a minimum play requirement for Risk Free Tuesdays?
Yes, you must play 20 rounds to receive the bonus.

Is there a maximum Deposit Bonus?
Yes, deposit bonuses are capped at $400 on any deposit

How long does the weekly free bet bonus take?
The weekly free bet bonuses are credited after the game. We do this by grading losing wagers as no action.

When do I get the Thursday Bonus?
You get the cash bonus instantly when you deposit online.  If you have deposited on Thursday and not got the bonus, email our Comps Department so we can add it for you.

Is there a time restriction before I can withdraw my funds?
No.

What are the wagering requirements for bonuses?
Our general wagering requirement is twenty-five times your bonus funds. For example, if a player deposited $500 and received a $50 bonus, he would need to make $1250 in total wagers before he could withdraw any of the extra $50 in bonus money.

Wagering in Poker as well as Craps, Roulette and Pai Gow games does not count towards bonus rollover requirements. For customers who exclusively, or predominately, play casino games, the wagering requirement will be fifty times the bonus amount.

Obviously there is no wagering requirement on your deposit.

Do I have to deposit before I get my free bet or cash?
Yes. We do not give bonus cash to non-depositing players for a number of reasons. First, depositing is legal assurance the player is an adult. Second, our bonuses are to create a positive atmosphere for players and create long term customers not for people looking for free cash.

What are the terms and conditions that apply to claim my refer a friend bonus?
For the Refer a Friend Promotion the following terms and conditions apply:

1. To be eligible for this offer the Referrer must have deposited before the Referred Friend.
2. Referred Friend’s Minimum initial deposit $100.00.
3. Maximum referral bonus is $200.00.
4. Bonus will be paid seven days after the Referred Friend has made their first deposit.
5. In order to be eligible as a valid referral, the Referred Friend must have used at least 50% of his initial deposit and must not have requested a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on his own Sign-Up Bonus.
6. If, after seven days of the initial deposit, 50% of the amount has not been wagered, your referral bonus will be credited once it is wagered. To request this bonus please submit the request form here.
7. The Referred Friend still receives their 25% Free Cash Sign-up Bonus offer even if they have not met the wagering requirements for a referral bonus.
8. The Referred Friend’s 25% signup bonus offer supercedes all other signup bonus offers.
9. There is no limit to the number of times you're credited a referral bonus, but limited to one bonus per Referred Friend.
10. Opening multiple accounts is strictly against the house rules. If the referee already has an account with us (Inactive or otherwise) you will not be entitled to receive any referral bonus funds.
11. All referral claims for credit must be made within 60 days of your friend/acquaintance (the referee) signing up.

Bonus Policy & Rules

We have a generous bonus program and a zero tolerance policy for bonus abuse. 

Any attempt to manipulate our bonuses with multiple accounts, systematic withdrawals and deposits, beard accounts, syndicates, joint wagering or any other method, as determined by LinesMaker management, will result in an immediate forfeiture of your account. 

Your account will be closed and your deposit refunded less applicable fees.

General cash bonuses/prizes have a twenty-five times rollover. For example, if a player received a $50 bonus, he would need to make $1250 in total wagers

Other bonuses may have specific requirements as listed in the individual offer.

For customers who exclusively, or predominately, play casino games, the wagering requirement will be fifty times the bonus amount.

Unless otherwise stated, the betting requirement for cash contest prizes will be the same as our general cash bonus rollover before they may be withdrawn.

Wagering in Poker, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat or Pai Gow games does not count towards bonus rollover requirements. 

Bonuses are not cumulative.

One bonus offer per household may be redeemed.

Only active accounts are eligible for bonuses.

Referral bonuses must be claimed within 60 days of joining.

Bonuses are exclusively for recreational players.

Management reserves the right to decline and/or reclaim any bonus to customers determined to be non-recreational including, but not limited to professional gamblers, scalpers and bonus players.

All accounts are subject to review before any winnings are paid and play-through requirements are double for players from Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Israel, Poland, China, Australia, and ANY account deemed to be abusing bonuses in ANY way.

We do not accept accounts from any country not listed on the join page.

Special Poker Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. The bonus is for new players only.
2. The bonuses will be automatically credited into your account upon completion.
3. Only hands played on $1 & $2 real money tables will count towards the number of hands played to claim the bonus.
4. Only One Real Account per player, per household. If you already have multiple accounts you are NOT eligible for the offers in your additional accounts. Any player attempting to claim multiple bonuses for which they are not eligible will have their accounts closed and any winnings on all their accounts will be null and void. All cash outs will be cancelled.
5. Residents of Turkey are not eligible for this promotion.
6. All promotions are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
7. If, while playing at the poker room, you win a sum or a promotion regarded by the Management as worthy of publicity, we reserve the right to use your 'Nick Name' in any announcement about this result.
8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Poker Room Manager will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Employees, officers and directors of the poker room, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensers, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
10. Entrants who fail to comply with any of the stipulated Terms and Conditions of this promotion will forfeit their bonus, which will subsequently be removed from their gaming account.
11. The poker room reserves the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions, and or lock the players account as well as the right to pass on any information regarding known abusers to other Boss Media poker room operators. This will ensure that they will be barred from promotions at all poker rooms utilizing the services of Boss Media.
12. We reserve the right to change the terms of the promotions without any prior notice.
13. Promotion automatically expires after 120 days counting from the date when customer logged into poker room for the first time.
