Do I have to Pay Taxes on My Winnings?

withhold taxes. We will not provide details of individual's net proceeds or
losses to anyone. We do not require a 1099 form. It is up to the individual,
as may or may not be necessary, to declare winnings to the proper authority

How Old do I have to be to Play for Real Money?
No one under the age of 18 years will be allowed to play for real money. We
have provided a play for fun version of the software for those who are under
the age of 18 or reside in a jurisdiction which prohibits Internet gaming.

Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can

How do I Play for "Fun"?
A "Play for Fun" option has been provided for those who wish to practice
their gambling skill without risking money. Also, if you are under the age
of 18 (as determined by your registration information), you will not be
allowed to play for real money. However, you may still Play for Fun. In this
mode you must deposit virtual money into your Play for Fun account and buy
V-Chips but no real money exchanges hands.
